OIOXO Desktop

OIOXO Desktop is the native app — the same engine, agent, and account as the web IDE, without the browser’s ceilings.

What the desktop adds

• Bigger models. Native inference runs larger on-device tiers than a browser tab can hold — the strongest local OIOXO experience.
• Your whole machine. Full file-system access, every language toolchain you have installed, real terminals.
• Background agents. Run agents in parallel on isolated git worktrees, review their diffs, merge what you like.
• A full IDE foundation — extensions, themes, and the editor depth of a desktop code editor, with OIOXO’s agent and on-device models built in.
• Previews everywhere. No Chromium requirement — the app brings its own runtime.

Same rules, same privacy

.oioxo/rules.md, memory, and skills work identically, so a project moves between web and desktop without re-teaching the agent. Models run locally; the privacy accounting is the same.
