OIOXO Desktop

OIOXO Desktop is the installed app — the same engine, agent, and account as the web IDE, without the browser’s limits.

What the desktop adds

  • Bigger models. The app can run larger models than a browser tab can hold — the strongest OIOXO experience that stays on your machine.
  • Your whole computer. Full access to your files, every language tool you have installed, real terminals.
  • Agents in the background. Run several agents at once, each on its own safe copy, then review their changes and keep what you like.
  • A full code editor — extensions, themes, and the depth of a desktop editor, with OIOXO’s agent and on-device models built in.
  • Previews everywhere. No special browser needed — the app brings its own.

Same rules, same privacy

.oioxo/rules.md, memory, and skills work the same way, so a project moves between web and desktop without re-teaching the agent. Models run on your device; the privacy details are the same.

Availability

OIOXO Desktop runs on Windows, macOS and Linux. Windows installers are on the download page today; macOS and Linux installers are rolling out — and you can use OIOXO on any of them right now in the terminal (oioxo code) or the web IDE.
