By pairing sparse Mixture-of-Experts (35B total capacity with only 3B active parameters per token) with surgical IQ2_XXS + Q4_K hybrid quantization, OIOXO Prime fits inside 10.9 GB RAM. It runs 13.4x faster on everyday laptop CPUs than traditional models, and streams at 240+ tokens/second on dedicated GPUs.
