Delete your OIOXO account

OIOXO (by Aradsoft Ltd.) never requires an account. If you created one, you can delete it and the data linked to it at any time, in either of these ways:

In the app

Open OIOXO (the Android or iPhone app, the desktop app, or oioxo.com) and sign in.
Open Account (your initial at the top right).
Choose delete account… and confirm.

By email

Write to support@oioxo.com from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. We confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your account: email address, name, and the Google or Apple sign-in linked to it.
Your plan and usage records (token counts and timestamps) and your paired devices.
Problem reports you sent us.

We delete these within 30 days of your request.

What is kept

Billing and tax records of any Pro payment, for as long as the law requires (handled by Stripe).
Short-lived server logs (IP address, request path), which expire on their own.

What is on your device

Your code, chats, settings and downloaded models live on your device, not with us. Deleting the account does not touch them; uninstall the app or clear the site data to remove them.
